What’s on offer?
A yoga session designed just for you and dedicated to only you!
Pre session chat (telephone, text, email or zoom) with the aim of planning an appropriate session to best suit and serve your needs and requirements.
A 60/90 minute session depending on your desires and needs. A single taster session and then a block booking of 4/6 session
Post session chat, if desired, (telephone, text, email or zoom) to evaluate thoughts and feelings following the session and agree any further development.
What’s the cost?
1 x 60 mins £30 followed by 4 x sessions £118.80 or 6 x sessions £162 *
1 x 90 mins £45 followed by 4 x sessions £162 or 6 x sessions £243 *
* plus travel time/expenses where appropriate.
