Energising Morning Flow

A yoga practice for those with some experience of yoga.
You will be familiar with some yoga asana and like to explore sequences with vinyasa flow that will ‘light that fire’ in your belly, build strength throughout the whole body and create a healthy flow of energy.

This class also includes a breathing and relaxation practice.

Friday Night Chill – yin style

A slow, low to the ground practice.
We ‘let go’ and ‘surrender’ in these supported postures held for longer periods of time.

A calming and relaxed class to unwind in after a busy day or week.

For me, it all began in 2002 with a Barbara Currie DVD! These days, yoga is a daily, minute by minute practice. I am continually inspired by fellow yoga teachers and the fabulous students I meet along the way.
