Gentle Morning Flow

A yoga class for those who are new or returning to the practice and for those who prefer their yoga at a slower pace. With varied sequences to wake up the body, refresh the mind and get the energy flowing. This class includes a breathing and relaxation practice

Energising Morning Flow

A yoga practice for those with some experience of yoga.
You will be familiar with some yoga asana and like to explore sequences with vinyasa flow that will ‘light that fire’ in your belly, build strength throughout the whole body and create a healthy flow of energy.

This class also includes a breathing and relaxation practice.

Friday Night Chill – yin style

A slow, low to the ground practice.
We ‘let go’ and ‘surrender’ in these supported postures held for longer periods of time.

A calming and relaxed class to unwind in after a busy day or week.

YinYang Balance

This class balances the yin with the yang.

Beginning with the yang in a strong 45 minute flow practice and then bringing it down to the ground for a slow and low yin practice to release and surrender.

Slow and Gentle

A class that is chair based with seated and standing sequences. We focus on limbering the joints of the body, warming and opening the muscles and building strength for body and mind.
This class includes a breathing and relaxation practice

For me, it all began in 2002 with a Barbara Currie DVD! These days, yoga is a daily, minute by minute practice. I am continually inspired by fellow yoga teachers and the fabulous students I meet along the way.
